What to Do?

Trail Walks
There are many trails and paths to explore all around the area, from easy walks along the beach and shore to more challenging hikes in the forests and hills, all with spectacular views.
Cycling
Whether mountain biking, road racing or pleasure cycling there are many varying cycle friendly routes to take advantage of around the peninsula from the gentle to the far more taxing!
Fishing
With the location of the village being right at the water’s edge, there are many great spots to indulge in sea fishing, shore fishing and fly fishing. There is also reservoir fishing by appointment only.
Sailing
For experienced sailors, the Clyde coast offers some of the best sailing in the British Isles. It is also a great place for beginners to get their first taste out on the water.
Water Sports
There is no better place to spend time in the water around Kilcreggan.  Wrether kayaking, paddle boarding or canoeing. There are several facility's , including the Sailing club or Rosneath Castle Watersports

Whether you're an amateur or professional photographer, Kilcreggan is a must visit destination. from stunning mountain views, to tree lined walks and ocean vistas. Don't forget your camera.
Events

Shopping
There are some great shops in Kilcreggan. There are antiques, vintage goods and a gift shop selling crafts and handmade items from local artisans. There is also a Butcher, Cafe, Chemist, Garage, Pub and Post Office
